Refunds are processed within 5 business days
Instructions:
Complete the Online Returns Form on the back of your Order Confirmation and include it in your returns parcel
Log in to the Online Returns Form using your order number. This can be found at the top of your order confirmation email, or invoice
Complete the Online Returns Form, selecting the items you wish to return and confirming the email address you would like the return shipping label to be sent to
Print the return shipping label and attach it to your returns parcel
You can then choose an option to ship your parcel back to us free of charge:
Take the package to your local Post Office
Drop your returns package to any U.S. mail location
We will let you know when we have received your parcel and are processing your refund.
