Return Policy

  • Returns can be made free of charge using an Online Returns Form (refunds processed within 5 business days), the SmartLabel provided in your package (refunds processed within 30 business days).
  • Products must be returned within 30 days, in their original condition
  • Products cannot be exchanged
  • The refund will be for the amount paid, but won't include shipping costs
  • Sales Tax will be refunded for returned items but shipping charges are non-refundable, if applicable.
 

Return Method

ONLINE RETURNS FORM

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days

    • Instructions:

  • Complete the Online Returns Form on the back of your Order Confirmation and include it in your returns parcel
  • Log in to the Online Returns Form using your order number. This can be found at the top of your order confirmation email, or invoice
  • Complete the Online Returns Form, selecting the items you wish to return and confirming the email address you would like the return shipping label to be sent to
  • Print the return shipping label and attach it to your returns parcel

    • You can then choose an option to ship your parcel back to us free of charge:

  • Take the package to your local Post Office
  • Drop your returns package to any U.S. mail location

    • We will let you know when we have received your parcel and are processing your refund.
